Access and Policy Requirements

• Student/Staff Access: Access to the lab is strictly supervised. Students and staff are permitted entry only when the Digital Technologist is there. Advanced booking is required.

• Bookings Required: Head over to PixelSpace website, click on the “Book Equipment”, then it should take you to the booking system called iLab. The instructions to create an account for iLab will be shown in induction training guide. Equipment and workstations must be booked in advance.

• Cancellations & Time Limits: Adhere to session time limits to allow fair access to all users. Cancel bookings promptly if unable to attend to free up equipment for others.
